Charged again after I unchecked auto shipment for masks
When I contacted them about it, I explained that I never agreed to any future shipments and that I unchecked that option. They just refused to give me my money back. There was no warning or anything that I would be billed again. They have my email and phone number, they could have asked first. I'm just out that money now.
Bought Korean skincare but got a Chinese made product instead
I emailed them right away with photos of everything and asked to send it back for a full refund. Sent multiple emails but nobody ever wrote me back. They just ignored me. I spent $220 on this and would have never bought it if I knew it wasn't what they advertised.
