Paid $26 to unlock my phone and got nothing but a hidden fee

I gave them my IMEI number so they could unlock my phone. Their whole site says you get the unlock code by email instantly, or at least within 15 minutes. It's been hours. When I first checked the status it said 20% done, and hours later it still hasn't changed.

There's no way to reach them. The number they list charges you per minute just to call. The contact page has a different number, +44(0)333 012 4195, which is an international call for me. I emailed [email protected] and nobody replied.

They were also really shady about the price. It cost me $26.00 to unlock, or so I thought. A couple days later I got an email telling me to pay for "final activation," whatever that is. The price for that was at the very bottom of their site, another $64.00. I didn't pay that.
