Ordered online but could not cancel because of hidden shipping fees

I placed an order on officialsugarhigh.com and right after I saw the shipping fees were not shown before I paid. So I tried to cancel. I emailed [email protected] and called the number 1(415) 498-4694 but nobody answered. After I paid I never got a response back about anything. No refund, no order, nothing. I lost $270.00. The address they gave is in California, CA but I don't know if that's real.
