Signed up for one thing but got a monthly subscription I never agreed to

I placed a regular order back in May 2026. I had no idea it would sign me up for some monthly subscription thing. I never authorized any auto renewal and they never told me it was coming up or anything. I only found out after the next month's order already went through in June 2026.

So I called their customer support right away and asked them to cancel both the order and the subscription. They did cancel the subscription so nothing else will come, but they said they could not cancel that June order. They told me to just refuse the delivery. But at my place I cannot refuse packages like that. So now I have to pay to ship it back and also a restocking fee on top of that. I lost $37.95 from this. I never agreed to any of this in the first place.

Bought something and got stuck in a subscription I can't cancel

I bought something from the website officialyuri.com. Right after, they added me to some subscription without really telling me. Now they won't let me cancel it. I can't even talk to a real person about it. Nobody answers.

They also asked for all my personal information when I ordered. Now they have it and they're just keeping it. I lost $70 from this. The email they give is [email protected] but it's useless. I just want out of this subscription and I want my info deleted.
