Phone call about a debt I don’t owe from someone named Mark Powell

I got a call from a guy named Mark Powell saying he was from Ohio State Processing. He said Connors and Moore filed a notice of intent for a civil judgment through Franklin County. Then he said they would send a courier to my home or job on **** Road.

He gave a reference number N B 40067 and said to call 888-460-3020 for questions. I don’t know what this is about. I never got anything in writing from them. No company name on anything I can see. Just this call.

It felt strange. I didn’t owe anyone anything that I know of. The whole thing didn’t make sense.
