Voicemail about a court filing with a reference number

I got this voicemail today from a woman named Jessica Ray saying she was with the Ohio State Processing Center. She said the office of Conor de Moore asked to file a notice of intent for a civil judgment through Fairfield County. She gave a phone number 888-460-3020 and a reference number N as in Nancy, B as in boy, 39789 dash 0 H for Ohio.

Then she said once the motion is filed a courier will be sent to my residential address. She actually said my real address. I never heard of any of these people before. It sounds like a debt collection thing but I don't owe anything like this.

No company name on the voicemail really. Just that Ohio State Processing Center thing and the lawyer name. I have no idea what this is about.
