Ordered a golf caddy and the email they gave me bounced back

I ordered an electric golf caddy from oikkshops.com. I just wanted to know when it would ship so I sent them an email to the address on the site. It got returned to me saying it wasn't a good email address.

I already paid $50 for it. Now I can't even get ahold of them. The email they listed just bounces back. So I don't know if I am getting anything or if I just lost my money.
