Facebook ad product arrived broken with no way to contact seller

I saw the product on Facebook and ordered it. When it arrived, I waited a few days before I had time to look at it. The box was somewhat damaged. It was in pieces that needed to be assembled, but the product was made cheaply, missing several pieces, and no instructions whatsoever. I was not able to make it work.

I contacted the company at [email protected] but did not receive any answer. I tried to use the "live chat" and the "phone contact" on their website, but neither link worked. I am pretty disgusted. I lost $35.98 on this.
