Instagram ad for weight loss gummies charged me three times

I saw an ad on Instagram for Jillian Michaels’ weight loss gummies and thought it was legit. So I used my debit card to buy it. Then I realized I got charged for three separate orders. I tried to cancel right away.

I couldn’t get any messages through to them. Emails, texts, calls—nothing. I could never submit a request on any platform. Someone from the company—fake I guess—said one of the orders shipped and gave me a tracking number. But it’s not from a real shipping company.

I contacted my bank and made a claim after trying to reach the company so many times. My bank did an investigation and said there was no error so I need to contact the merchant for a refund or cancellation. But I still can’t get in touch with anyone.
