Paid for a Ninja slush machine and now they won't answer me

I ordered a Ninja slush machine from their website. It was $79.99 and I paid for it right away. I didn't really review the site first, just saw the machine and wanted it.

I sent them a few messages asking when it would ship. After the fourth time they finally wrote back saying it was so popular they had to wait for a new shipment. That didn't really make sense but I waited.

Then I asked for a refund three more times. Nothing. I told them it was supposed to be a gift for my son. Still no reply. Just want my money back or the machine.
