Charged more than the price shown on website
I've been emailing them asking for a refund and I get nothing back. No reply at all. The customer service is pretty much useless.
I just want my money back for the difference or a full refund.
Website charged me $88 instead of $39 for a dress
Right after I processed the purchase I got an alert from my Apple Card about a possible fraudulent charge of $88.
So instead of the $39 I agreed to, they tried to charge me $88 on the same card. That's not what I signed up for and it doesn't make sense. I just wanted the dress at the price shown.
Ordered leather shoes online and got cheap vinyl instead
The company had a U.S. address but the product says it was made in China. The billing on my credit card came from some marenoline address. I tried calling (855) 798-1408 but nothing got resolved.
Raincoat order charged way more than the price
I tried to cancel the order right away. I messaged them and sent an email to support@oliveandevy. I even checked my junk folder. The email came back as undeliverable.
When I looked at my credit card statement, I saw a charge for $70.98. It wasn't even from the same name. It went to something called PERASELECT.COM VINEYARD USA. I only wanted to spend the $21.98.
Tried buying a raincoat and got charged anyway
I never got the raincoat. I didn't even get a confirmation email or anything. Just these charges hitting my account that I didn't approve. The whole thing is weird because it told me it didn't process. I had to call my bank and deal with all that.
Shoes from oliveandevy reeked so bad I had to put them in the garage
I tried to email them at [email protected] to return them but the email came back undeliverable. So I called Nordstrom to dispute the $121.38 charge. Then Nordstrom called me back saying there were two more fraudulent charges from companies I never heard of, tunohealth and luvodeals. Looks like my card got breached. Nordstrom is reissuing the card and looking into everything. I gave them all the order info I had.
Sneakers cost way more than advertised and no confirmation
Then I get this email right away saying I purchased something from a totally different place for $89. I never got any confirmation from the actual site I bought from. I do have the confirmation page saved showing the $39.99 sneakers and the shipping protection I declined. They got me for $98.93 total. This is in Brentwood, NY 11717.
Dress is polyester and they charged me twice
On top of that, I got charged twice. They entered a duplicate order and added charges for $39.99 for "Rewards" and $9.99 for "Priority support and faster handling" that I never agreed to.
I emailed them and they asked for photos. I sent the photos, screenshots of my order, and all the details. Then they just stopped answering. This is the same thing another company did to me when they sent a fake item. I just want my money back for the unauthorized charges and the dress that isn't what they said it was.
Do not order from Olive and Evy website
I lost about $101. The website is still up and their address is listed as 100 Heartland Blvd Edgewood NY 11717. I tried emailing [email protected] and calling the phone number (631) 994-1095 but no one ever got back to me.
Just wanted to put this out there so nobody else gets ripped off like I did.
Ordered from one site but ended up on another
I didn't get what I ordered. The site just sends you somewhere else and that's it. No product, no explanation. I'm out the $100 and I don't even know who I actually paid.
It's just a mess. I should have known better when the redirect happened.
Ordered shoes but the price doubled and the website changed
I didn't go through with it because of the alert. Their website is oliveandevy.com and they have an address at 100 Heartland Blvd in Brentwood NY. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number is 1(631) 994-1095. Just felt really off how the price and store name changed last second.
