Ordered linen shirts and they sent it to a passport office in Philly

I ordered 2 oliver linen shirts in large size on May 13, 2026 from their website oliverandblake.com. I paid through shop pay on the site. They kept sending me emails saying the package was in transit for a lot of days. The tracking number they gave me was with SDH-Express carrier and it was all in chinese so I could not track it at all.

Then on May 25, 2026 they showed it as delivered to a PO Box 1910 in Philadelphia PA. When I googled that address it came up as a passport processing center. I paid 89.90 dollars for this. I already filed a claim with my bank for a full refund. I just wanted to report this so people know about this fake oliver and blake scam. Their email was [email protected].

Ordered a shirt, got weird emails about bath rugs instead

I ordered a Red Ashley Crewneck shirt for $59.99 on May 12, 2026 from oliverandblake.com. Got an email on May 14 saying it shipped. Then on May 18 I got another email saying they were packing my order. Then on May 20 another email saying it shipped again.

On May 26 I got an email saying the shirt was out of stock and did I want to pick something else. I wrote back right away asking for a refund. Today May 27 they wrote me back offering a 15% refund for my "bath rugs". They said I could return the bath rugs but it would cost $40-$50 for shipping so they made it sound like I should just take the 15%.

I never ordered any bath rugs. I never got any bath rugs. I ordered a shirt. I think it's AI writing these emails. I'm going to try to reverse the charge with my credit card. Do not order from this company.
