Ordered orthopedic shoes from a site, got something completely different

I saw an ad for orthopedic shoes on olivercelinenewyork.com. They said they were a New York business going out of business after 30 years. I placed an order and paid $300.

What they sent me looks nothing like the shoes advertised on their site. It's a completely different product. I contacted them for a refund at their email, [email protected].

They refused to give me their New York address to return the items. Instead, they said I have to send the items to China, and that would cost a lot. They won't issue a refund unless I do that. This feels like a scam. I just want my money back.

Ordered online, sent wrong item, and now they won't refund me

I placed an order on olivercelinenewyork.com. They sent me the wrong product. So I returned it, like you're supposed to. Now they won't give me my money back. It was $106. I've tried contacting them at [email protected] and calling (484) 226-0029. Nothing. No reply, no refund. Just took my money.

Ordered clothes from olivercelinenewyork.com and the quality is terrible

I placed an order on the website olivercelinenewyork.com. The quality of the clothing is just terrible, it's not what was shown at all. I paid fifty dollars.

There is no way to even return the product. I tried to contact them at [email protected] but it's useless. There's no real address for returns, nothing. Please do not order from this site. It is a complete scam.
