Ordered underwear from a sponsored ad and now nothing shows up

I was looking for some underwear and saw a sponsored result for Oliver&Blake. It seemed fine so I ordered a few sets. The order went through and it says it shipped but there is no tracking or any shipping info at all. I spent about 67 dollars.

I tried looking on their website to see what was going on but there is nothing to track. No emails with a real update either. Just says shipped. I don't know where the package is or if it even exists. Feels like I just threw money away.
