Ordered four sports coats and got felt shirts instead
We got one poorly made sport coat that didn't look anything like the photo. The other 3 were made of felt and honestly felt more like a shirt than a coat. I emailed them at [email protected] to ask for our money back. They have a store credit only policy on sale items, which is what they told me. But I haven't heard back from them since. We spent $267.99 total and I just want my money back for this junk.
Ordered underwear from a sponsored ad and now nothing shows up
I tried looking on their website to see what was going on but there is nothing to track. No emails with a real update either. Just says shipped. I don't know where the package is or if it even exists. Feels like I just threw money away.
