Dress took too long and came from China, not Texas

I bought a dress from this website because they said it was shipping from a Texas warehouse. Once it finally shipped I saw it was coming from China. Took way longer than they said it would and I didn't even need it anymore by the time it got here.

I emailed their support at [email protected] and asked for a refund. They said they don't do refunds on sale items. But the dress was not on sale when I bought it. When it showed up it was not the same dress at all. Just a cheap knock off version of what I ordered. I looked up reviews after and saw a lot of people saying the same thing.

I want to send it back and get my money back, $75, but they won't let me.
