Ordered a Chanel set from Facebook ad and never got it

I saw this ad on Facebook for Olvane Shop Wear selling a Luxe Crest Set Edition and Chain bag with a Wallet, looked like Chanel stuff. I ordered it on April 10, 2026 and the next day I tried to cancel. They emailed me back from [email protected] saying my order could not be canceled.

Well I never got the order. No package ever showed up. And I never got my money back either. I emailed them a bunch of times after that but nobody ever answered me. So I lost $249.00 for nothing. Their address is 3709 Rynders Way, Sacramento, CA 95835 and the phone number they used was 1(248) 961-3009.
