Paid for a shirt through Shopify and never got it

I ordered a shirt from their website olympuslosangeles.com. Paid $64.95 through Shopify with my credit card. That was a while ago and the shirt never showed up.

I've emailed them at [email protected] a couple times now. No reply at all. The address they have is 10250 Santa Monica Blvd in Los Angeles but I don't know if that's even real. Just want my money back or the shirt.
