Ordered nursing shoes online, got the wrong item and they won't give a full refund

I was looking for non-slip nursing shoes for my clinical days and found Omega Walk on Google. They had a pair on sale for $44.97 with great pictures and reviews, so I bought them on February 25th. The shoes didn't show up until around March 10th.

When I tried them on, they were way too big. They weren't even the same shoes. The ones I ordered had a pointed toe and a slim design, with "Running" on the back in black. What they sent me are oversized with a round toe and have the word "quansu" on the back in white.

I contacted customer service for a full refund. They got back to me and only offered to give me 40% of my money back. I think I should get all of it back. They didn't send me what they promised.
