Getting harassing loan calls from a number I don't know

I keep getting these harassing loan calls from 888-269-4978. They call me multiple times a day, even after I told them to stop calling. They're very aggressive and rude on the phone. I never applied for any loan with them, not ever.

I think they got my number from some shady website, maybe from when I had an issue with a site called "shop" and an email [email protected]. It's been going on for weeks now. I blocked that first number, but then they just started calling from different ones. It's really stressing me out. I just want them to leave me alone.
