Mail about home insurance with only a PO Box and phone number

I got this letter in the mail about my home insurance. It had a phone number and a PO Box in Philadelphia, no company name on it that I recognized. They wanted me to send a check or my credit card info and a signature.

I called the real Oncourse company in Illinois, the one I actually deal with. They told me they don’t have any location in Philadelphia and that number on the letter isn’t theirs. So it’s just a fake mailing trying to get my payment info.
