Paid for a Delta ticket through OneDollarFly and they kept my money

I bought a Delta Airline ticket through OneDollarFly.com on May 26, 2026. My booking reference was GTPYQG. After they took my payment they told me the ticket was not available.

So I asked for a refund and they said no. They are still holding my money. My debit card was charged $838.13 for something I never got. I have asked them multiple times.

Their website is http://onedollarfly.com/ and their email is [email protected]. Phone number is (786) 723-7127. They are based in Miami, FL. It is not right to keep money for a product you did not deliver.
