OnePay forced me into an account I didn't want and lost my money

I signed up with OnePay thinking it was a normal bank. But they kept pushing me to upgrade to some other account I never asked for. I said no multiple times but they did it anyway.

Now I'm missing $451 and I can't get to any of my benefits or money. They just advertise one thing and then switch you to something else without asking. I don't know where my money went and nobody at OnePay will help me get it back.
