Website onepay.com took almost two thousand dollars and won't refund me

I was scammed out of 1,760 dollars from onepay. com. Last month they took 870, this month they took 890. They refused to give me a full refund. I don't know what else to do. It was all on my credit card. I just want my money back. They won't even talk to me about it.
