Letter about a reverse mortgage broker trying to take an older person's house

I want to report Onity Reverse Mortgage. They also go by PH Reversed Mortgage now. Their address they used is in Lo, CA.

They take advantage of older people and try to take their house. A broker named Michael Davis signed a client with them against the equity of his house.

I didn't lose any money but this is wrong. They call it an advance fee loan type thing. Roylee Fizer is the one wanting to report this. 90015.
