Charged monthly for a service I never actually started

I was looking into getting GLP-1 treatment but never actually went through with it. I decided to go with a different company instead. But they kept charging me $135 a month for over 9 months now.

I can't get ahold of anyone. There's no active link for customer service. No live person to talk to. No cancellation link either. I just kept getting charged and I have no way to stop it or ask for my money back.

Lost about $1215 total.
