They want $4500 to fix my account after I lost $870

I was just browsing online and I made an honest mistake. Now they're saying I have to pay $4500 to fix my account. I don't want to fix anything, I just want my $870 back. That's all I'm asking for. They took my money and now they want thousands more. It doesn't make any sense. I just want what I lost.

Charged fifty four dollars for a nine dollar order

They keep taking $100 out of my account every month

I keep seeing a charge for $100 from "Online Purchase" on my statement. It comes out every single month. I never signed up for anything like this. I don't even know what it's for.

I tried to find a website or a phone number to contact them, but there's nothing. No way to get in touch. It's just this random charge that keeps happening.

My money is just gone and I can't get it back or make it stop. It doesn't make any sense.
