Ordered something and never got it, no help from seller

I placed an order on July 22, 2026. On July 28th I got a notice that a shipping label was made. That's it. It's August 17th now and still nothing.

The seller only replied to one email and it didn't tell me anything. Her website doesn't even show my order number anymore. USPS tracking just says Label created the whole time. I spent $28 and basically got nothing.

Ordered one product but got billed for two and a monthly subscription

I tried ordering a product and ended up getting charged for two things. One was 19.98 and the other was 59.94. They also told me it was a recurring monthly order which I had no idea about. Before I even got a statement it already went through PayPal.

I called to cancel right away but after a long talk they said it was too late. I still hadn't gotten any confirmation email about the order or what it cost. It said it would ship in 24 hours unless delayed by high demand. So I went to PayPal directly and called their customer service number since the AI chat is useless. They started a dispute and I got my money back.
