Cancelled subscription kept charging me anyway

I cancelled my subscription back in May. Then they charged me again in June anyway. I called and gave them the info about the cancellation and they skipped July, I thought ok fine it's done.

But then August comes and they charged me again. That's like 40 bucks total they took after I already cancelled. I don't get why I have to keep proving I cancelled something. It's frustrating.

Ordered online, tracking says delivered but no package

I ordered something online and paid for it. The tracking says it was delivered on Aug. 16 to my address. I checked at my door and the community mailbox and there was nothing there.

I emailed them about not getting the delivery and they told me to check the local post office and my neighbors. I did both and nothing. No package anywhere.

Emailed them back after that and now they just stopped responding. Still out the money.

Charged way more than the $1.95 I agreed to

I used this company with my credit card for $1.95. That was the first charge. Then on my next month statement a charge of $29.95 appeared out of nowhere. I didn’t sign up for that.

Then my next month statement I was charged $29.95 twice. So now I’m out way more money than I ever agreed to. I can’t find a company name on anything. They’re based in Miami Florida. I lost about $89.95 total.

Bought $5 in credits and they took $35 instead

I bought some credits for $5.00, it was one of the options they had. Then they took another $35.00 out. I did not authorize them to do that. I never said okay to that amount.

I just wanted the $5 thing and they took way more. No idea why they did that or how they even could. Just checked my account and saw the extra charge.
