Ordered a wall washer but ended up with useless mops

I ordered a mini wall washer and looked back to check my order and it wouldn’t let me. So I went back to order it again not noticing that there were 4 items with an order with 1 beside them and I tried to remove them and it wouldn’t let me.

I had already given them my PayPal and could not discontinue the order. I tried to phone them and I got a China number that would not take my call so I called pay pal and they tried to help me and they took a note down about the whole thing. Weeks later I received 2 wall mops that were of poor quality and they couldn’t be used as there was no way of attaching the cloths. A real scam.
