Package showed up with postage due and I didn't accept it

I ordered something online and they sent me a package but it had postage due of $13.05 on it. I wasn't about to pay that so I just didn't accept the package.

Already lost $35 on whatever this was supposed to be. The address they used was 60-28 Myrtle Avenue in Ridgewood, NY 11385. Not sure what else to do about it now.
