Black package with just cardboard inside showed up twice

I got this black package in the mail, and when I opened it there was nothing inside except a single piece of cardboard. Just one piece of cardboard. Then it happened again. Same thing. Another black package, same cardboard inside.

The address on it is 70 E Hawthorne Ave, Valley Stream, NY 11580. I didn't order anything from them. I don't even know what company this is supposed to be from. No name on the package or anything. I didn't lose any money because I never paid for anything, but it's weird getting these twice now.
