Urgent warranty notice from bank with no real company name

I got this letter in the mail that looked like an urgent notice from my bank, OnPoint CCU. It was about a home warranty and said it needed renewal or something. The envelope and the paper itself made it look official like it was coming straight from the bank.

There was no company name on it anywhere except my lender bank's name. So anyone not paying close attention would think it was required and from them. The phone number on it is (888) 336-7048. I didn't lose any money but it felt really off. Someone could easily get tricked into calling that number thinking it's legit.
