Online car parts order turned into endless fees from a shipping company

I ordered a car part from some online seller and they used this company Ontime Express Logistics to ship it. At first it seemed fine but then the logistics company started asking for more money. First they wanted insurance fees, then overnight warehouse holding fees, then a fee to drop off without a signature. They kept saying all these fees would be refunded.

So I paid the last fee they asked for, $525 total. Then they told me the parcel was damaged too badly to even deliver. Their bank contacted me saying they would process the refund but the bank seems fake. They wanted way too much personal information from me so I did not give it to them. I do not know what to do now.
