Charged five times for medication I never ordered

Our Visa card got charged five times back in May for $671.15 total. It’s for medication but we never got anything and we never asked for refills either. The company says we did request refills but that’s just not true.

They told me they have no refund policy and won’t put the money back on our card. They just took it without us knowing. Now I’m worried they’re going to keep charging our Visa. Their phone number is (855) 597-1248 and their website is Openloophealth.com.
