Cancelled my Open Sky card but still owe more fees and lost my deposit

I got a text about the Open Sky card for building credit. I ended up cancelling the card and I paid all the fees they said I owed. Now they're telling me I owe another $68.00 by April 16th, and then there will be late fees on top of that. They are also not giving me back my $100 deposit. I lost $100 in total because of this. It just doesn't make sense. I tried calling the number, (800) 859-6412, but it didn't get me anywhere.
