Website selling open box electronics took my money and nothing came

I ordered from openboxproduct.com because they said they sold open box electronics at a discount. It was supposed to be a good deal. I paid $409.99 through their website. That was a few weeks ago.

Never got any tracking number or shipping update. I emailed them at [email protected] and got no reply. The address they have is in NY, USA but I’m not even sure that’s real. The site is still up though.

I just want my money back or the item. This whole thing feels off.
