Phone call about employment verification with a case number I have seen before

I got a call from (866) 508-2353. They said it was the Follow-up employment income verification OPPORTUNITY COUNCIL. They gave me a case number and it was the same exact one from other scam texts I got this year. That felt strange.

I didn't lose any money but I just wanted to report it. They were phishing for something I guess. The number is 866-508-2353.
