Optimum Mobile took my money for months with no phone service

Optimum Mobile has been taking money from my account every 4 weeks for over 6 months now and I get absolutely zero service on my phone. No calls, no data, nothing. But they have no problem taking my money.

This is just fraud. I pay every single month and get nothing for it. I want my money back. I am happy to talk to the media, the CEO, the police, even attorneys. I'm really fed up.
