Health ring didn’t fit and now I’m stuck waiting 5 months

I bought a health ring from their website oraclering.com. When it came it didn’t fit so I asked about a refund. They said no refunds only exchanges. So I sent it back with the new size I needed.

That was 5 months ago. Every time I email [email protected] they just say they’re behind and my order is being reviewed. Same thing over and over. I spent $50 and still don’t have a ring that fits or my money back.
