Ordered a dental product and got the wrong thing sent to me

I ordered a dental product from this website, it was supposed to be a silicone reline for dentures. What they sent me was totally wrong, not even close to what I ordered. I just want my money back, I lost 80 bucks on this.

They have an address on the site, 60-28 myrtle ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385. I want to know where to send this garbage back to them. I don't even know who to call or email. No one is answering me. I just want my refund.
