Ordered a light bulb and never got a tracking number

I ordered a Gro-light replacement bulb from their website ordertomail.net. I paid $24.99 with my credit card.

They never told me it shipped or anything. Their website had some kind of notice but it said I was not allowed to see it. I sent them an email at [email protected] asking about the order and nobody wrote back. I also tried calling (434) 575-7253 but no answer.

So I am going to call my credit card company and get them to reverse the charge.
