Ordered a flashlight but got a fake and only $4 offered
When it finally arrived it was clearly a counterfeit. Not even close to what I ordered. I tried to see if I could return it but there is no return option. They just sent me an email apologizing and saying they were out of stock. Then they offered me $4 as compensation.
$4 for a product I paid almost $50 for. They said it was a gesture of goodwill. I don't think that's goodwill at all. I emailed them back at [email protected] but haven't heard anything else.
