Text about a check I never heard of with a weird link

Got a text from 728-207-7281 saying "Hey Cynthia G, the check under Weaver could not be delivered. Provide your preferred next step at https://origin.courses?t=mXF64t". I don't know anyone named Weaver and wasn't expecting any check.

I looked up that phone number on Google and got nothing. So I used my work computer to type in that web address. It took me to www.preciousshimmer.org and the page looked like a claim form for a Stimulus payment over $3,000.00. It already had some personal info filled in on it. That felt really off so I didn't do anything else.
