Bought something from Orion New York thinking it was in NYC
The website says they have a 90 day return policy and you just pay the shipping for the return. But the product quality was just awful. I mean really poor. I was very unhappy with what I got.
They sent me an email saying thanks for my trust and that delivery time was 5-7 working days and my order was processed and would be sent soon. But none of that matched what actually happened. I paid $209.82 and I just want my money back at this point.
Ordered a shirt from Orion New York and got cheap junk from China
Then when I tried to return it, they said I could take 20% off and just keep the crap clothing. When I said no, they offered 30% off. Then they told me I could send it to some individual person in China to get a refund, but I'd have to pay for it. I tried to contact their support at [email protected] but got nowhere. The return address they gave is for a Wu Xi at Building 4, 4th floor, 58 Baiye road in Dongguan, China. The whole thing feels like a scam.
