Ordered a shirt from Orion New York and got cheap junk from China

I bought a shirt online from Orion New York, from their website orion-newyork.com. It was supposed to be superior quality from a New York shop. It was not. It got sent from China and the quality was just appalling. I wouldn't even let my dog wear this thing. Threads were hanging everywhere, the material stitching was all visible. I lost $45 on this order.

Then when I tried to return it, they said I could take 20% off and just keep the crap clothing. When I said no, they offered 30% off. Then they told me I could send it to some individual person in China to get a refund, but I'd have to pay for it. I tried to contact their support at [email protected] but got nowhere. The return address they gave is for a Wu Xi at Building 4, 4th floor, 58 Baiye road in Dongguan, China. The whole thing feels like a scam.
