Casino took my $19 deposit and won't give it back after changing cashout rules

I got a message about this online casino, Orions Stars, and decided to try it. I asked all the rules before I put any money in. They said they were legitimate. They told me the minimum cash out was $30 and the max was $1000. So I deposited $19 and got a $55 bonus on the game.

I ended up winning $220. When I went to cash out, everything changed. They said I had to send in $48 first, and then another $60 or something, to get my $200. I have all of it saved in screenshots. I told them no, never mind, just send me back my original $19 deposit because you're clearly scammers.

They refused. They won't send my $19 back.
