Ordered a nail fungus pen and got nothing but a charge

I bought this nail fungus pen from Orivelle. It was supposed to help with my toenail. I paid $98.58 for it.

That was a while ago. The pen never showed up. I tried looking for a way to contact them but there’s no phone number or real address on anything. I just got charged and that was it. No product, no reply when I tried emailing.

I don’t know what else to do. Just wanted to let people know.

Charged $59.94 for a mistaken order, no refund after canceling

My wife accidentally ordered something from orivelle.zendesk.com on February 24th, 2026. She just hit the wrong button. Right away they took $59.94 from our account.

I canceled the order two days later. I've been sending emails to their support address, [email protected], asking for my money back. It's now March 29th and they just ignore everything.

They don't seem like a real company at all. I want to warn people to stay away from them.
