Charged $59.94 for a mistaken order, no refund after canceling
My wife accidentally ordered something from orivelle.zendesk.com on February 24th, 2026. She just hit the wrong button. Right away they took $59.94 from our account.
I canceled the order two days later. I've been sending emails to their support address, [email protected], asking for my money back. It's now March 29th and they just ignore everything.
They don't seem like a real company at all. I want to warn people to stay away from them.
