Ordered a product and they refused to cancel after saying they would

I ordered something from Orivelle.com and then asked them to cancel my order. They sent me an email saying they would cancel it but then charged me anyway. I asked for my money back and they said no. I gave them plenty of time to cancel.

Now when I reach out to them they just ignore me. I am a Lawyer and they told me they scam people all the time and that’s how they make money. Their address is 1301 N Broadway STE 32281 Los Angeles, CA 90012. The phone number is (888) 860-0565 and they emailed me from [email protected]. I lost $45.32.
