Got a call about a loan approval I never applied for

I got a call and a voicemail saying I was approved for a loan for $52,000. They said they got my information from a previous loan application I supposedly did. I never did that.

First a representative got some general information from me. Then they sent me over to an underwriter to talk about the loan terms based on how much I needed. The whole thing felt off. The call came from (866) 959-0917 and they said they were in Orlando, FL.
