Ordered a product from a website that never shipped

I ordered a product from their website orlenasd.com. They said it would be delivered within a week. They gave me a tracking number on their site but it’s fake. Then I called customer service and they gave me a USPS tracking number. That one was also fake because the tracking info showed a date a month before I even ordered. And nothing moved on it.

I emailed them at least 25 times asking to cancel and get a refund. They just keep saying be patient and the package is on its way. They never answer my questions or even say anything about the refund. Just worthless replies. I lost $116.99.
