Ordered shoes with free returns but they won’t give me a label

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from their website orlenasd.com on June 8th. The site said free returns within 30 days and 100% guarantee. When the shoes came, they were really poor quality. So I emailed them at [email protected] asking for a prepaid shipping label to send them back for a full refund.

They told me I have to pay for the return shipping myself. And they wouldn’t even give me a shipping address. They said not to send them back to the address on the package. I’ve sent them a bunch of emails and they still haven’t given me a prepaid label. In their last email they offered me only a 10% refund and said I should just keep the shoes and throw them away. It’s pretty clear they never planned to honor their free returns or guarantee. I lost $77.86 on this.
